When I purchased this book I didn't notice the author was the same writer who produced another gem on the same topic, but that was from a completely different angle.
Indeed, while reading this, I was tempted to write the writer of Handmade. I then noticed this is the same writer. I was floored. Good book for those starting in the industry

Solid book with a lot of helpful information from someone who has no experience in the food industry. A good roadmap for how to get going. Worth the investment to support a fellow entrepreneur who clearly put a lot of time and effort into putting all this information together for the benefit of others. Book is a quick read, about an hour to skim the parts that you need. A good chunk is dedicated to marketing and branding, which I didn't need, but the rest is very helpful.
