Professional Use

Wasn't really written for the layperson. I thought I would gain information I could apply to resolve some personal difficulties of thought/behavior, but the language in the essays wasn't conducive to application for me. I gave the book to the library. The writing is more technical in nature, for someone who works in the field of psychology.
